We know you are eager to receive your matcha. We ship all orders directly from our US-based studio, ensuring your tea arrives fresh and your accessories arrive safely.
1-3 Business Days: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

We use a mix of trusted carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to get your package to you as efficiently as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
While we hope this never happens, we understand that sometimes packages go astray. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please reach out to us so we can help track it down.
Moved recently? Made a typo? If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately after placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.

Because matcha is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns based on personal taste or change of mind. This ensures the safety and purity of every product we sell.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, unsealed, or defective, we will make it right.
Timeline: Please report any issues within 30 days of delivery.
Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or full refund for any defective items.
Process: Simply email us a photo of the damage—no need to ship broken items back unless requested.
