Our Philosophy

We view your daily matcha ritual as a sacred moment of calm. We stand firmly behind the quality of our tea and the craftsmanship of our teaware. Because we deal in fresh, consumable goods and delicate ceramics, our return policy is designed to ensure the absolute safety and integrity of what we sell.

The Guidelines

We offer replacements or refunds solely for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns based on personal taste preference or change of mind.

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Matcha (Food Items): For your safety, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. We will replace or refund matcha only if it arrives with a broken safety seal or packaging damage that compromises the tea.

  • Accessories (Whisks, Bowls, etc.): We will replace or refund these items if they arrive broken, torn, or visibly contaminated.

How to Request a Resolution

If your order arrived less than perfect, we want to make it right immediately.

  1. Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the damage or defect.

  2. Email Us: Send the photo and your order number to kevin@allthatmatcha.com.

  3. The Fix: Once we review your claim (usually within 24-48 hours), we will either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

> Note: There is no need to mail broken glass or open tea back to us unless specifically requested. We aim to make this process as hassle-free as possible.
